Out of the Ashes BBQ

Out of the ashes named after the Wallow Fire was born "
Out of the Ashes BBQ" and it's a BBQ so HOT you'll love it!!  The White Mountains of Arizona are ready to "Welcome You" with open arms to our cool green forests!  Come try the BBQ and meet the cooks......Out of the Ashes is looking for sponsors too!  Purchase Peoples Choice tickets ($2.00 each) to vote on your favorite BBQ......Proceeds are split between the cooks and the Fraternal Order Police, who help sponsor the Special Olympics.  Last year there were 21 Teams (permits issued by the Health Department) and the teams had the best time "Cooking and Visiting" with all of the ATV Riders!

It's not too late to enter as a team or be a leader in our community and sponsor this event which received statewide attention in 2012.  Stop by and sample different varieties of BBQ (small cost), vote on the Best BBQ and help the Special Olympics.....and learn some new tricks to BBQ.
