#1 The Grizzly Trail

  Difficulty:  Intermediate

  Distance:  Approximately 105 Miles

  Clearance Issues:  NO

This trail begins at the rodeo grounds and travels throughout grizzly country to Alpine and winds through some rocky, rough terrain and steep hills.  Because of these conditions, this trail is not recommended for sport quads, you will need the endurance of a grizzly bear.  This trail features some of the more spectacular sites on the Outlaw Trail; tall, cool pines and aspen trees along the way.  Starting elevation is approximately 7,000 feet and climbs to elevations over 9,000 feet.
